This past spring has been a productive one for us at HubLogix. Here’s a recap of our recent product releases:
1) An upgraded product linking engine to make it easier than ever to add your vendors into HubLogix.
2) More control over product linking to eliminate clutter from old vendor items
3) Expanded retrieval of information fields which will increase reporting accuracy.
That’s right future and current BigCommerce users — rejoice! Now you can easily grab your products from HubLogix and export them to BigCommerce too! Are you a current BigCommerce user, love it, and want to open another storefront? Or are you a newcomer using another shopping cart platform that is interested in other options? With the use of BigCommerce’s Import Products utility and HubLogix’s pre-mapped headers, it’s easy.
First, in HubLogix, simply go to the “Vendors” tab and select “Vendor SKUs” from the navigation bar.
Next, select an appropriate date range and “BigCommerce” as the desired export format. After hitting “Export Product CSV” and waiting a few moments, the link will appear to download the file.
The last step is to go to BigCommerce and import the file. To do so, select the Products dropdown and click “Import products.” Simply change the “Default Option Type” under “Import Details” to “Product List.”
In most cases, you can leave the rest of the settings as is and select your file under the “File Details” section. Once your file is selected, hit Next. On the next page, you can hit next — fortunately, our developers pre-mapped the headers so they are automatically detected and mapped by BigCommerce! Simply hit “Next” to go to the next screen and the import process will begin and eventually finish.

A few weeks ago, we rolled out automated Amazon FBA integration based on customer demand. Now that it’s been tested out in the wild, we want to get the word out about one of our most commonly requested features!
What is FBA, you ask? Well, Amazon’s famous for their near-superhuman logistics expertise, and with Fulfillment by Amazon, they’re letting smaller and niche retailers in on the magic. When you use FBA, you let Amazon stock your items and handle shipping and returns. When you receive an order, you send it to Amazon’s warehouses and they will ship it out. Your products can also be eligible for Amazon Super Saver Shipping and Amazon Prime benefits.
And now while Amazon efficiently takes care of your physical fulfillment woes, HubLogix can plug directly into it and automate the rest of your logistics, too. This means you can use Amazon FBA with all your online stores, whether that’s Shopify, Magento, BigCommerce, or 3dcart.
While you sit back and relax, HubLogix automates Amazon FBA integration in three easy steps:
Inventory HubLogix makes sure the inventory levels on all of your products in all of your stores are up-to-date and synced with your FBA inventory.
Order Routing Orders pouring in from all of your sales channels are directed to HubLogix, which takes these orders and automatically sends them to the Amazon’s warehouse.
Shipment Tracking The warehouse receives the orders and sends back tracking information. HubLogix automatically tracks the orders and notifies you when they’ve been shipped.
And thus, the order lifecyle is complete, all without you even lifting a finger!
If you’re an existing FBA customer and want to get directly integrated through HubLogix, just contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll get you started right away. Try it out and tell us what you think!

We’re excited to announce a game-changing new feature for HubLogix: multichannel inventory synchronization and order management. Now, you’ll be able to keep your inventory in sync across multiple channels and stores, as well as view all your orders from different stores in one central dashboard (HubLogix) — allowing you to further streamline and simplify how you run your multichannel e-commerce business. You can try it out today or learn more below.
Multichannel Inventory Synchronization
HubLogix has always made it easy to manage your vendor inventory and keep your single Shopify, Magento, or Bigcommerce store up-to-date. But what if you have more than just one Shopify store or sell on other channels?
Here’s the problem. If you have a product listed on Shopify with 100 in stock and also listed on Amazon with 100 in stock. Say someone purchases 8 items on Shopify, so now Shopify says there’s 92 in stock. However, Amazon still thinks there’s 100 in stock. There’s a mismatch and as you can see, inventories can very quickly get out of whack.
Fortunately, now HubLogix alleviates this issue through cross-channel synchronization. So now when some places an order on Shopify, you know the quantities will always be in sync across your other channels.
Multichannel, Centralized Order Management
Syncing inventory is one thing, but managing orders across multiple channels can be even more painful. Maybe you sell on Shopify, Amazon, and eBay. Or maybe you have two Shopify stores.
Either way, logging into each storefront separately to process orders is not practical, nor efficient. Imagine if you’re trying to lookup a specific order number or customer’s name for an order, then you have to login to each storefront separately. Also, you would never want any orders to slip through the cracks and not get processed.
Fortunately again, HubLogix multichannel makes it possible to view all your orders from one central dashboard. This makes it easy for you as the retailer to efficiently process orders and always have the visibility you need to provide the best service to your customers.
Opening New Channels
Want to diversify your offerings with another branded store or omnichannel approach? In conjunction with new CSV export feature, it’s easier than ever to test the waters with a new brand or store. You can easily populate a store with items and simply connect HubLogix to your new store – everything else is already set up. Now you can manage both from a single HubLogix account!
Save even more time by linking up all your vendors! Items will be automatically linked as long as SKUs are match between any of your stores and vendor data files.
And the best part? It’s all completely automated! No more will you have to run back and forth trying to make sure all your stores have updated stock levels. Accidental backorders will be all but eliminated. HubLogix will even detect items your vendors discontinues and take them off your store before customers accidentally order them.
Connecting a store is easy!
If you’re an existing HubLogix customer, you can easily connect a new store by following these quick steps. If you’re new here, feel free to try HubLogix free for 14 days and we’ll also be here to help you get set up.
Stay tuned for excited new integrations with more channels soon. We have some big ones coming up next. If you have certain integration requests of ideas, please send us a note.

Two new partnerships in two weeks!
HubLogix is pleased to announce their arrival onto the Bigcommerce App Marketplace, just one week after becoming the second partner on Lexity’s App store. HubLogix’s acceptance onto the Bigcommerce App Marketplace marks its third integration with a major shopping cart.
“Integration onto Bigcommerce, immediately on the coattails of the Lexity partnership marks huge progress for HubLogix,” says Heinrich, “but more importantly it marks the ability for SMB online retailers to automate what was once a very manual process. We’re excited to partner with Bigcommerce, and can’t wait to work with the thousands of online retailers on their platform who are looking for a solution for virtual fulfillment (drop-ship) automation.”
Adding BigCommerce to the mix, users can now access the full benefits of HubLogix on three major shopping cart platforms and through the Lexity App Store.
“At the end of the day, it’s all about giving the online retailer time to focus on building their business,” Heinrich added. “Time is one of the most precious resources for any business owner. HubLogix was built to preserve that precious resource, automating the tasks that can be automated, picking up where the shopping cart leaves off.”
HubLogix is a platform for online retailers that don’t keep their own inventory, but instead rely on third-party vendors, drop-shippers, and fulfillment centers. Bigcommerce is the leading e-commerce platform for SMBs, enabling them to easily launch professional online stores in hours, not weeks or months. Existing clients Gibson Guitar, Pandora Jewelers, Collette Dinnigan and Willie Nelson’s Shop are using Bigcommerce’s built-in e-commerce and marketing capabilities to sell more with less effort. Bigcommerce was founded in 2009 by two Aussies turned part-time Texans with a vision to build a scalable, powerful e-commerce platform for SMBs. For those of you that run multiple online stores, we’ve released a new feature today that should help make it easier to manage multiple HubLogix accounts. Now you can sign be signed into multiple HubLogix accounts at the same time, rather than having to sign out and then sign into your other account.
We realize this is not quite the same as managing multiple websites under a single HubLogix account. That is something that will be coming soon, but in the meantime this is more of a convenience feature add.
