Integrations with different shopping carts are heavily requested by many of our customers both old and new, so HubLogix is pleased to announce our integration with 3dcart! This marks our fourth integration with a major shopping cart!
With 3dcart, existing customers looking to expand to new store fronts have the option of working with a great, easy-to-use shopping cart platform with a ton of built-in features. It’s also an exciting time to start using 3dcart considering they have a new version being released pretty soon.
What does 3dcart + HubLogix entail?
With HubLogix, current 3dcart users have the ability to manage inventory and automate the more tedious aspects of their eCommerce experience. Once connected, HubLogix will automatically import your products from 3dcart. Then, you’ll be able to add suppliers who provide dropshipping or third-party fulfillment into HubLogix as vendors. After that, HubLogix will do the heavy lifting of keeping your store’s inventory information (such as quantity and SKU) in sync with that of your suppliers, or what we call “vendors” in HubLogix. With respect to orders, HubLogix gives you either the ability to manually send them to suppliers or take care of that for you auto-magically! 🙂
For our current users not on 3dcart looking to experiment with different storefronts to expand operations, you now have the option to experience 3dcart! No need to make a new account though; since HubLogix is now multichannel, you can use your existing inventory with any new storefront you set up on 3dcart. And we encourage you to do so! The team at 3dcart has worked thoughtfully to come up with a suite of built-in features to make setting up your store easily…and with HubLogix, you can put it on autopilot™! We’re very excited to announce our first integration with inventory optimization software. Lokad Salescast makes it easy to decide which points in time to reorder products, as well as determine optimal quantities to order using its forecasting tech. By taking out the manual entry portion of the process, Lokad Salescast enables your store to optimize efficiently as it scales!
Much like our integration features for exporting items for certain shopping carts such as Shopify or BigCommerce, the ability to export to Lokad will also exist.
It’s a two step process, with very little extra work on your part after the initial setup!
First, in HubLogix, simply go to the “Vendors” tab and select “Vendor SKUs” from the navigation bar. Then, in the sidebar, press the “Show Options” link under the “Export Products” section of the sidebar.
The next step is to choose a date range that applies and select “Lokad Salescast” as the desired export format. With regards to date range, for higher accuracy, it’s better to use a range of 6 months or more.
After pressing the “Export” button, a link to the file (which will save as “Lokad_Items.csv”) will appear. It’s important to remember not to change this filename before importing it into Lokad.
Now, you must download the corresponding Orders export file for Lokad Salescast. To do so, go to the Orders tab. Similar to above, press the “Show options” link under the “Export Orders” section of the sidebar, select the same date range as above and select “Lokad Salescast” as the desired format once again. This time, the generated link will save as “Lokad_Orders.csv”.
It’s now time to complete the Lokad end of things. First, login to Lokad and select the “Files” tab. From there, you can upload the two files that have been exported to Lokad.
After the files have been uploaded, go back to the “Salescast” tab in Lokad. From there, simply adjust configuration settings as desired. When you are ready, you can hit “Start project” and Salescast will begin analyzing your order and product data.
And that’s it! After following the above steps, you’ll be ready to start using Lokad!

A few weeks ago, we rolled out automated Amazon FBA integration based on customer demand. Now that it’s been tested out in the wild, we want to get the word out about one of our most commonly requested features!
What is FBA, you ask? Well, Amazon’s famous for their near-superhuman logistics expertise, and with Fulfillment by Amazon, they’re letting smaller and niche retailers in on the magic.
